A Healthy Relationship with Renal
Some people have the idea that if they “can not do things right, they will not do at all.”
In my opinion, is a strategy to avoid the possibility and probability of failure. It seems ironic, given that failure is inevitable. If you play the game of business in any way that will happen. You fail. Each choice, effort, and their actions only to queue just to get the desired result. It is logical that this will not happen in time.
As a business coach, I realized that people who are talented have a healthy relationship with failure. They embrace, as it shows, learn from your mistakes and move on. Sometimes they know their failures, modeling the kind of leadership they want in their employees. They seem to know what are their results.
Most of us only see these individuals at high power when you do in public and enjoy some success. You do not see every day struggles, disappointments and failures. On the phone every week with my clients, I have a unique perspective. I hear the hesitancy, pain, disappointment and victories, successes and achievements.
People able to understand some simple truths that are not errors and not their behavior. Two of them can be modified. They seem to understand that what we are as human beings is constant. These are people who can fall, smile, stand up and continue. They know in their heart when they fail at something, not a failure. When you make a mistake, not an error. When they do something wrong are not bad.
I also noticed that people seem less improbable success to keep their feelings such as rejection, suffering, doubt, fear, depression and dissatisfaction. One of my clients, Joe said: “It’s part of the race. It is normal to be afraid sometimes, sometimes you feel lost, and be disappointed. Do not change all that by a drab cabin and a regular salary.” Trusting people understand that control is a succession of failures, not win. They understand that you have to be bad at something and keep it under control. Failure and success are events. Whatever emotion or circumstance has been standing, I encourage you to go.
